The private aircraft charter community sees two of its own
unify in hopes to redefine customer service for private
travelers.
"We are pleased to announce the official merger between A.B.A.N.C.,
of Phoenix, Arizona and Freedom Jets of Teterboro, NJ," says Peter
Cuomo.
Effective November 1, 2005, the two companies will function as one
entity under the name Freedom Jets. Meanwhile, both will retain
existing offices in Phoenix and Teterboro. The merger welcomes Paul
Todd and Don Scollins of Phoenix, who will join Peter Cuomo and Dan
Bailey of
Freedom Jets as new partners, co-workers and old time friends.
This collaboration will enhance the strong and effective working
relationship that has been developed over the past two years
between Freedom Jets and A.B.A.N.C. "We are excited to have the
logistical expertise of A.B.A.N.C. working to provide our clients
with the best possible flight solutions”, says Dan Bailey, of
Freedom Jets (East Office). “This will create more opportunities to
offer responsive and genuine, quality service for all of our
clients”.
"Our IT department has worked overtime time to network our offices
and provide us with the very best technological equipment and
support”, says Don Scollins, of Freedom Jets (West Office).
“With our IT department enhancements, the new Freedom Jets team
will be able to locate aircraft faster, determine the best
logistical flight solutions and lower prices to the many brokers
and carriers we already serve on regular basis”. In addition, the
merger will allow the East office to focus their energy on aircraft
acquisition, scheduling and marketing resulting in a more
widespread range of offerings to its clients."
"Together, we look forward to working with our many friends and
colleagues in the aviation community, Bailey says, and hope to see
you at the NBAA convention in Orlando next week."
